John 3: 16

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

A ship’s pulled in down at South Quay,
When young folk do witness to you and me,
It’s really a hospital floating on water,
They’re all volunteers young sons and daughters,
Giving their time on a voluntary basis,
Loving each other thank God they’re not rascist.

Their band is called Lazarus great blessings it brings,
In music and singing in your ears it rings,
Their witness for Jesus just shines in their faces,
They have compassion for the whole human race.

These youngsters come from all sort of places,
From all different countries and all different races,
But put them together embodied in Jesus,
Then they can go out and tell how God saved us.

It’s brilliant to know that these young folk care,
For other dear lives and those in despair,
They’re spreading God’s word where ever they go,
And joy from them will help the river to flow.
